For clients in need of a meeting place to hold a videoconference, CP Centro Pilota Srl of Rome can offer individuals and small groups a comfortable videoconferencing room in its offices found within the ancient walls of the Eternal City.

Permanently installed in CP Centro Pilota's air-conditioned videoconferencing room is a Sony 5100A videoconferencing unit. However, according to our clients needs, it is also possible to install other Sony or Polycom videoconferencing units for videoconferencing raging from 128Kbps to 512Kbps.

Upon request, CP Centro Pilota of Rome can also integrate basic videoconferencing services with:

• one or more video cameras

• a video scanner for transmitting paper documents

• the ability to project PowerPoint presentation on a second screen

• the use of monitors ranging from 21" to 42" plasma monitors to video projectors

• the ability to send or tape VHS, Betacam and MiniDV videos

• the ability to only tape the audio for successive transcription and/or translation

• technical assistance during the meeting

Internet ADSL connections, multimedia PCs, fax services, and telephone calls can also be made available in the videoconferencing room to fulfill the client's needs.
